CHANNEL 1 · YOU WANT TO BECOME A PATIENT

The fastest path is the application. Our team reads every application and replies within one business day with a Kartra Calendar link for your 30-minute Patient Interview. Calling the office to ask about becoming a patient slows the process · the application asks all the questions we would ask on a first phone call.

CHANNEL 2 · YOU ARE ALREADY A PATIENT

Use the patient portal for all clinical messages, schedule changes, billing questions, and document requests. The portal is monitored during clinical hours. If your message is urgent, mark it urgent and a member of the clinical team will reach back to you the same day. The portal link is in the welcome email you received when you enrolled.

CHANNEL 3 · PRESS, MEDIA, PODCAST, SPEAKING

Send press requests to Clinic@PostureClinic.com. Dr. Mark T. Wade and Dr. Krista Burns speak on chronic pain, posture, functional neurology, and the science behind the four-pillar system. Please include the outlet, the topic, your deadline, and any pre-questions in your first message so we can route efficiently.

CHANNEL 4 · API ALUMNI, VENDOR, BUSINESS INQUIRY

If you are a clinician trained through the American Posture Institute, an equipment partner, or a non-clinical business inquiry, please email Clinic@PostureClinic.com. We typically reply within 3 business days. This inbox is not monitored on the weekend.

We are a specialty clinic, not a walk-in. We staff the phones during the hours we can give you a real answer.

• Take I-275 South across the Howard Frankland Bridge into Pinellas County, then west toward Pinellas Park. The clinic is approximately 25 minutes from downtown Tampa.

FROM ST. PETERSBURG / CLEARWATER

• We are centrally located in Pinellas Park, about 15 minutes from downtown St. Pete and 20 minutes from downtown Clearwater.

PARKING

• Free on-site parking is available immediately in front of the clinic. ADA-accessible parking spaces are at the building entrance.
